SUMMARY:Pre-Competition Pop-Up
DESCRIPTION:Swim lessons were just the beginning. If your swimmer can swim one full length of the 25-yard pool unassisted with side breathing and kicking\, Pre-Competition is the natural next step. \nJoin Coach Brandon at the DAC Lap Pool 11/5 from 5:30pm – 6:30pm for a small-group class (six swimmers maximum) built to develop stroke technique\, endurance\, and confidence in the water. You’ll learn lap swimming as a lifelong form of exercise\, whether or not competitive swimming becomes the goal. This one-time pop-up is for swimmers ages 7 to 14. \nMembers: Free | Guests: Day Fee \nBring goggles\, a swim cap\, and a water bottle. Space is limited. \nRSVP to aquatics@downtownac.wp.urdemo.website.
