DESCRIPTION:Your Monday lunch break has plans.\nJoin the DAC’s Monday Run Club for a 5k led by Personal Trainer Kate Smith. We’ll meet on the DAC Turf for a warm up\, head out at whatever pace suits you (walk\, jog\, or run)\, and finish the route together at Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream in the 5th Street Market.\n\nEvery participant gets a free small dish or cone at the finish\, courtesy of Handel’s.
